Childbirth Preparation
This 5-6 hour class will provide evidence-based education to better prepare expectant couples for their birth experience. After completing this class, couples will feel better prepared for labor and delivery and empowered to make informed decisions along the way. This class provides the opportunity to practice comfort techniques including breathing exercises and to ask questions and address concerns in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Class fee includes a website-enhanced childbirth booklet. $275
